Wayne: We see much evidence that elements of our own CIA and other governmental agencies are responsible for the training, support and harboring of terrorists and have actually helped develop and support the terrorist network that they now claim is responsible for last week’s attack. We also know that there are elements of light within those same agencies. What will it take to rid our own government of the elements of darkness that have contributed to these kinds of disasters?

It is actually a very simplistic answer. It is centered within the words, “Of the people, by the people, and for the people.” Many individuals in the United States have surrendered their personal power to their religions to tell them what to believe, and to the schools to teach their children. And they have also assumed a belief that those who hold authority and responsibility greater than their own are the ones who are correct.

As we said yesterday, there is and has been a great war going on behind the scenes for some time. The Master Sananda said to one of his groups in the late 1960s that many of the Patriots, or those you consider the Founding Fathers of this great nation, had already reincarnated, and that several more were in the process of incarnating. He explained at the time that this was a group from Ancient Greece, the Grecian lawgivers. He also stated that at the turn of the century, each of these team members would be in a strategic placement within the political, educational, health, and other socio-economic factions. He stated at the time that at the appropriate moment they would rise up and the people would rally behind these individuals. At this point we would like to tell you that, were it not for these valiant souls, the United States would have fallen some time ago. We would also tell you that upon the Earth conditions will become much worse before they get better. You are in a timeframe when pockets of souls will leave the Earth plane and there will be much sorrow worldwide. The duration or length of global events is held within the hands of the masses of the planet. We would tell you that the authority of those who hold to the light is dominant upon the Earth. So long as you as an individual maintain a global consciousness, the consciousness of what is good for the whole of Lady Gaia and her many life forms, you can bring the current conflict to one of short duration.

We stated yesterday that what has transpired originates within the consciousness of humanity itself. There is no nation or group upon the Planet who is totally without blame. The CIA is a global network at the present time. It has become so powerful that it is no longer under the control of any one particular government. We would say this to you: that there are initiates and masters and light-beings that are working within every field of human endeavor at this time. They work quietly, steadily, and selflessly. Many of them assume positions of great danger, and yet for the sake of Lady Gaia and all of her many life forms, they are willing to put themselves and sometimes their family and friends at risk.

We have told you several times that, to Lady Gaia, or Planet Earth’s oil is to her energetic system that blood is to the human system. If the pumping of oil from Lady Gaia is escalated, she could literally bleed to death. This cannot be allowed to happen. And it is one of the priorities of the current administration. So again, we ask you to consider whose agenda has the most to gain. Think very carefully long and hard on these conditions. We would tell you here that the Middle East is also right in the middle of world events. But we would also say that many secret pacts and agreements behind the scenes have been made on many levels. You have asked specifically what will it take to move the light forward to bring this conflict to an end. It will be done through individual self-responsibility and integrity, for individuals to be willing to speak the truth no matter what the personal cost.

There will be an attempt very soon to curtail the activities of the Internet. This also must not be allowed to happen, for this is the greatest freedom of expression that the world has at the present time. It is the most powerful means at your disposal to formulate your meditation and prayer alerts. It is the most powerful way you have to share information. But more importantly at this time, it is a very assertive way to validate the truth of each of you. At this point in time forward you will find that many of you speak the same truth. As you draw closer and closer to collective consciousness and a consensus of mind, you will begin to use more and more what we call mental telepathy amongst yourselves. This will become a critical necessity in the days ahead should there be massive power outages and should the Internet fail you. These are possibilities, depending upon what you yourselves do.

Should oil drilling escalate, systems will collapse almost immediately, for such cannot be allowed. Electro-magnetic fields of energy that support freestanding generators that could be used to power individual oil pumping stations will collapse. And many peoples of the world at such an event will find themselves living off the land. These are dire times of dire choices. This is why we say to you, go beyond your boundaries and your borders and your belief systems and become a citizen of the Planet and think carefully as to what is good for the whole, the whole being Mother Earth. You are made from her substances. It is she who makes it possible for you to have a physical vehicle in which to move around in order to accomplish your missions. If her energetic systems fail, you will cease to exist. It does not have to be this way. The way to avert it is individual self-responsibility. It is imperative that each individual check carefully your own systems to be certain that your chakras are aligned properly.

There is an exercise, very simple, that we would give to those of you who ask, “What can I do to help?” Find a piece of wool carpet. We suggest wool because it has a high frequency of static electricity. Nylon will also work well. Sit in a chair comfortably and place your feet upon this carpet and begin to rub you feet back and forth quickly upon the carpet until you can feel the energy in your feet. And when you do, bring this energy up through your legs and into your heart center. Collect it within the chalice upon the altar of your heart center. See this heart center as a great cathedral of light with a wonderful altar constructed of wonderful substances of your choice, perhaps gold or crystal or a great emerald, or perhaps even black onyx, you choose and empower it. But draw this static electric energy into the chalice upon your altar. Create within that chalice an energy like unto pranic substance, for static electricity is of the energy field of this pranic ocean-of-life-substance. It is free and available to all of you. Now in your minds eye, take hold of this wonderful chalice of a living wine and make holy communion-communication. Draw the power and the authority of the feminine high self and the masculine soul into a twin flame energy. And as you hold this chalice within your heart, drink deeply of this Holy Communion with life. Return the chalice to its place upon your altar and turn and face the world congregation and lift up your hands and send forth to every brother and sister upon the planet the holy communion elixir that you have created from pranic substance and blessed within the love of you heart, and release it to the world. Every time you walk upon a carpet that creates static within your system, stop, draw it in, bless it, and release it to the world. This is truly a service that goes beyond boundaries.

Wayne: One of the other indicators of change has been a series of moderate earthquake swarms in the Vancouver Island Region. Although not huge by quake standards, this had been building for several days and then accelerated at almost the precise time as the first plane hit the World Trade Center. Can you tell us if those are related events?

They absolutely are. Whenever there is a catastrophic event such as what has happened within the United States, it draws unto itself the energies from many different individuals from all over the world. There are energies such as righteous indignation and compassion and mercy, even toward the perpetrators. But there is oftentimes much energy accumulated on one location that is of the nature of hate and vengeance and retaliation way beyond the scope of what is called for or needed or desired. And the dark energies of the Planet can swoop up and use that negative energy for dire purposes. They use it as a fuel, if you would, to fire their darker agenda, they feed off of it. In order to protect the peoples of the world, we attempt to disburse and step down those energies by releasing them in other places in the world. We have said before that the State of New York is not built upon a solid foundation. It is a ledge very much like the ledge of certain parts of California. New York protrudes out into the Atlantic Ocean without being anchored to the floor of the ocean. In the days immediately ahead, you are likely to see cluster swarms of activity in many diverse places and you are likely to see activity in many of the volcanic locations, for certain energy can be dissipated more quickly by fire. This is one reason that we recommend, especially at this period of time, cremation rather than the burial of the body at the time of death.
