Wayne: There are many experiments now ongoing by the military and various agencies of the governments that use pulsing energy frequencies (HAARP, Submarine Sonar, etc.) and there is a relatively high degree of apparent chaos now being expressed on the planet. What effect are these having on the stability of the planet and how can we help to moderate these impacts and continue to progress forward?

Good morning, this is Lady Kadjina. We have spoken many times about these frequencies. We have spoken many times of the interconnectedness of all of life, referencing what we call nadial connectors or the Tinker Toys. Everything that exists functions according to some frequency. We have spoken much of many dimensions. Each dimension has its own sets of rules. Each higher level of dimension builds upon what comes before it. Much of what is happening upon the Earth at this time in reference to these above-mentioned programs, is of a third dimensional nature, and oftentimes it is the lower levels of that nature that are expressing.

Mother Earth herself is going into the fourth dimension of consciousness. There will always be certain elements of third-dimensionality, it will always be a basic reality. But this dimension has both the lower and the higher levels. The goal of course would be to find ways of expressing the higher levels of third-dimensional frequency. To accomplish this higher expression from a planetary perspective, it is necessary for those humans capable going into fourth and fifth dimension to maintain their integrity of systems, their systems being their constitutional makeup of their many body expressions, mental, emotional, and physical. When you keep your systems and their corresponding frequencies elevated, that of the third dimensional chaos cannot touch you.

Throughout the world at this time there are many groups of humans who are gathering together participating in many levels of meditation work. The beginning meditation groups are learning how to connect to the light of their inner beings, their guides and guardians. Other groups are learning to draw in healing energies through breath and then learning to project them to a person, place or thing. Other groups are becoming very creative, working with water beings and fire beings to be co-creators with them in stabilization efforts. Other groups are becoming highly interactive with what you might call space beings coming and going from many crafts. Other groups are accessing vaults of information and receiving blueprints for new modalities of technologies to be implemented in the near future. Each of these meditation groups is critical to the overall well-being of Mother Earth, Lady Gaia, and her many levels of life forms, whether within the Earth, upon the Earth, or encompassing the Earth. From a holographic standpoint, all of these life forms are interactive and all of those life forms still capable of receiving from the sources of light and truth in any way move forward in unison. There are those energetics, both human and non-human, who have no light other than the very darkest of energy within them. These are individuals consumed by hatreds, greed, self-aggrandizement, with no concern whatever for the good of the whole. Believe it or not, these beings are in a minority. Those of the light much outnumber at this time those of the dark. It is imperative that those who know themselves to walk in the light of love and goodwill to do all in their power to become steady so that they not be blown about by expressions of third dimensional happenings. For this reason we have repeatedly said, “Link up with those of like mind and similar energy to your own.”

The specific question of how these technologies are affecting Mother Earth is in direct relationship to the mental-emotional stability of fourth-dimensional beings. If every time an event happens that you know to be of the lesser light, you become angry and enraged, you are pouring gasoline on the fires of that third dimensional expression. On the other hand, when you witness these things and you see them from the standpoint of being one on the university level earning his PhD, and you look upon the lesser activities as being those of elementary school bullies, you will understand the vastness of difference between the two realms of third and fourth-fifth dimensions. It is important to remember that third dimensional beings cannot access fifth dimensional halls of learning. You can only access the fifth dimension while physically incarnated when you are escorted by a master of a high level. Third dimensional beings can only access fourth dimensional information and they are capable of bringing it back. If they are of a lower level of third dimensional reality, they will put on that information a lower third-dimensional spin. If the third-dimensional being is of a higher level of frequency, the accessed fourth-dimensional information will be brought back retaining integrity.

It is critically important for lightworkers who are aware of what is going on upon the planet to work at transmuting the lesser frequencies. One way to do this is through the stabilization of the waters. We have spoken of waters as being of two levels, the waters of Mother Earth and the waters representing the emotional makeup of Man. Another important factor in this, where animals are concerned, is that your household pets reflect who you are. All life forms are interactive, one with another. The way that peace will come to the planet is by the lightworkers, and we don’t mean just the metaphysical people; every human who is of goodwill is a lightworker, banding together in groups for specific purposes. MoveOn.org started a petition several months ago and as of now the offices of many senators and congressmen are swamped with protests with war moving forward. It has been suggested by Mr. Bush that the soldiers of Iraq not obey their commanders, but to stand on the side of right. There will come a time when the American soldiers are going to hear that as if applicable to themselves.

We have stated before, and it would be well to remember at this point in time, that everything that exists does so by the authority of God, remembering that there are higher and lower levels of divinity, and at the same time, recognizing that there is divinity within you. Also be aware that this moment in time is the fulfillment of what you call “End times prophesy.” An important prophesy to remember is the one concerning partaking of the poisons of the earth and not being harmed. As you come to a point of knowing within yourself that chemtrails, for instance, have no power over you, your frequencies will not be affected. Remember the stories that we have told you concerning the HIV children and the Indigo children, they have served the needs of their brethren during the times of the great plagues and they did it out of love. Love is a frequency; love impregnated their DNA structures in such a way that they don’t become ill.
 

Wayne: I have been feeling recently that there is much more information that can and should come forward now, but I'm not sure how to organize it all and find the time to ask the proper questions, transcribe it, and post it. Kay and I began talking about this in our earlier session together. Can you give us some assistance in how to accomplish this?

Kay was told a year or more ago that there were many waiting for an opportunity to work with her and speak through her. To name a few, there are the scientists from Alpha Centauri; there are the manifestors from the Pleiadian group and the Arcturian group; there are also the group that we refer to as the Patriots that have much to do about world events and will be very proactive in the not-too-distant future. There is another group that wishes to be interactive with Kay and with Wayne that are what you would call the literary geniuses, the philosophers and thinkers. This would be one place to start and as you read your books in the morning, you have become very aware that Kay is oftentimes in many places at the same time, doing many different things simultaneously. This is a very stressful timeframe for her, and so by reading a section and then getting her reactions and responses from her many different spheres of activity would be very helpful, not only to the two of you, but to people in general who are having the same experiences.

To do this work would require the setting aside of a block of time and instead of having coffee or tea in the living room, have it here in Wayne’s office. We would suggest to you that you create on your website a link, and entitle it “The Reading Room.” The end result of doing this work that we are describing here is to link with readers who can relate to what you are doing from a multi-dimensional standpoint. The interactions of several people will create a stability factor for all of you as events move swiftly forward. You will learn to trust your etheric body or body-double feedback. In former times this was called “extrasensory perception” but at this time it is way beyond sensory perception; it has become very interactive. For example, there is a way for a physical being in Tucson Arizona to leave their body and bounce themselves off of a HAARP microwave and land themselves in Palenque. This is an example of how the higher aspects of a 3D technology can be used by lightworkers to bless themselves. You can also use HAARP to create a tunnel and slide through this tunnel through portals and do time-space travel. By creating a reading room and exchanging ideas, you can quickly learn how to do these things. There are beings already doing it.

In the reading of any of these books, we would suggest not more than one chapter on any one day, followed by meditation�really get into it. We would suggest that when reading, if you have an insight, have a journal nearby and jot it down. Many readers are going to find that these books will push their buttons in many different ways. It will trigger memories, give you a frequency boost, an insight for your next step, a sense of “hands on.” It will move you from the lecture halls into fields of experience. It will give you strength and encouragement and explain many of the behind-the-scenes things that are happening.

To connect with different groups, you have different gemstones that you can use that have been given to you. For information concerning antiquities coming to you through the dolphin energy, for instance, use the piece of Aborigine coral. For technologies concerning healing, and this can be of the worlds of mental health, physical systems, social and political systems, use the St. Germain crystal. For a particular situation that is unsettled that you feel needs the love energy, use the Milagro pink heart. If it has things to do with the understandings of languages, communications of spheres, use Nancy’s granite heart. For information concerning changing times, use the crystallized sands of the Australian desert.
 

Additional insights from Lady Kadjina to foster the current transition

Most of our readers are familiar with what we call the heart chakra. The master Jesus refers to this as the “Temple not made with hands.” It is the dwelling place of the Christ-Buddha energy and here we would point out that this energy is known to people of Earth by many names. Essentially it is the love energy of oneness with all of life. All of the major religions of Planet Earth have ceremonies in which they acknowledge this beautiful energy within other humans and most of these religions have an altar of some type and many use a chalice for the Christian ceremonies of communion. Within this chalice within your own heart, see it as filled with the totality of all of the positive qualities that you have garnered through time. Give thanks to the powers that be that have nurtured and developed you through this point in time to be of service now.

When you meet other individuals, realize they too have a heart center with an altar and a chalice of offering and give thanks for all that they are and have been, that has brought them to this point in time and for the service that they give. And in your inner worlds, speak these words “The Christ (or the Buddha) in me greets the Christ (or the Buddha) in you” and you may name any other god that you wish. Keep in mind always that the kingdom of God is within you and within this kingdom there is authority to manifest and accomplish the higher good and purpose. And in your mind’s eye, visualize exchanging the chalice with the other person and drink of their cup and see them drink of yours, and do it with great appreciation. For those of you who do meditate with a group, have a communion service from within the temple not made with hands, utilizing the imagery that we have given, feeling free to adapt it to the needs of your particular group. It is not our wish to say, “Do this or do that, or go here or go there.” For each must assume the responsibility of creative thinking and creative action. And thus we all become co-creators one with the other.
