Wayne: On February 28, 2001, there were two significant earthquakes along the west coast of North and Central America within 5 minutes of each other. These were the 6.1 in El Salvador and the 6.8 in the Seattle area. Are these quakes related to some common cause, other than being along the same major tectonic plate, and if so, how?

Good Morning. This is Tawatnaw. It has been some time since I spoke with you. I am one who has an energy that is difficult for humans to allow to come through their physicality. I have devised a method by which I am able to filter some of my energy so as not to cause so much stress to Kay. But did you notice how she immediately sat up straight when our energies connected?

Concerning the earthquakes and earthquakes in general. There is no such thing as an accident. They are all by design. And the design is ours. There are some who say that the organization HAARP set off a series of energetic patterns. But we are able to control these things. And we decided to allow these two events to happen because they can work for the highest good.

Concerning the quake in Seattle, it is showing those who govern construction the value of quality in construction practices. And this is important to the large metropolitan areas. Concerning the quake in El Salvador, when this quake energy was released, it was known that two things would happen: it would make a direct path into the Seattle area, relieving a great deal of stress and releasing a considerable amount of energy. And this in turn would set off a series of lesser quakes in the area of Chile, in the Andes. This will in turn alleviate some of the stress in Peru.

Now Peru contains the great city that we have often spoken of. It is imperative that this city be open and exposed, but in a way that is undamaged. The information contained in this place must be kept intact. So that when the information is released, it must be as a door swinging open, smoothly, so as not to collapse that particular infrastructure.

There will be many quakes in many places that will serve as wake-up calls. Construction must not take place in areas where there is a grid energy output or release. Only in those areas of incoming energy should there be construction. Also the quality of construction will become of paramount importance. As stress is placed upon insurance companies and as some of the major ones are threatened with the possibility of bankruptcy, they will begin to say, “We can no longer insure construction on ocean front hillsides and fault line zones and flood zones, or in those areas close to active volcanoes.” Engineering firms will begin devising building modes with greater stress design factors that will allow buildings to sway without crumbling and laws will become stricter enforcing this type of construction. And these technologies will be applied to the fault lines in the Mississippi and Ohio River valleys.

There are methods of construction to protect against tornadoes as well. The 17 houses in Homestead, Florida, that were constructed by Jimmy Carter and Habitat for Humanity were left standing at the time of the tornado in Homestead. And those houses were not that much more expensive to build than the homes that were destroyed. It’s a matter of sound building practices. You have often said that “money talks.” And when it becomes known to the masses that safe construction is possible, the people will begin to demand safe building practices.

Not only were these two quakes on the same fault line, but they are a part of the same energy grid system, so that when energy is released at one point of a grid, it automatically will go to another point on the same grid.

Wayne: Was HAARP involved in the creation of the energy that triggered the two quakes mentioned?

Yes, they were and we could have blocked that energy release but it served our purposes. It must be understood that all of these agencies and organizations when functioning in their own self-interest, unless it is for the greater good, their plans will not work. When we who are constantly monitoring these things saw what they were going to do, we used that energy ourselves as a way of releasing pressure and tension without the loss of life. And we shall continue to closely monitor all of these activities.

Wayne: On March 2, 2001, we received a series of photos from Lee Chin, showing a light source over her property and within/around large trees on her property near Seattle, Washington. Can you tell us what is the source of the light and what information is relevant to its appearance?
 

There are certain incarnated beings that possess through their spiritual evolvement a certain type of personal energy grid that is able to interact at this time with both the energy grid systems of Lady Gaia and the galactic energy grid systems. They have come at this time as volunteers to assist in this particular alignment process.

Those energetic formations that are of a dome shape were placed there by the light beings as a way of protecting the life forms in the area from negative energies in that area. There are many chemicals in the atmosphere in and around that area that would be a detriment to the work of the soul, hence this protective device. The cylindrical shaped light beam is of an energy of that particular tree which is a very old tree and it is calling out to the energies of the galaxy for relief, for these old trees are sentient beings also. Many of these same types of light formations could be photographed in connection with the ancient trees of the sequoias and the redwoods. And those who have the camera and are willing to take the photographs will begin to attract the attention of certain segments of the scientific community, those for instance who were willing to investigate such phenomena as those beings who can bend pieces of metal, translocate objects, raise and lower temperatures of water in containers, and remote viewing, will become attracted to investigating this type of phenomena as well.

Another part of this photography is something similar to the Jacob’s Ladder of dimensional passport. There are indeed passageways between various dimensions, planes and worlds. And certain incarnated beings have agreed to assist in putting forth information. Kirlean photography, for example, has gained credibility. There are also many who do spirit photography using the Polaroid camera. This too has gained a level of credibility. So this type of photography is like taking the next step to let you know that Jacob’s Ladder is more than symbology, it’s real.

There is a photograph that has been called the Division of Worlds. This is in actuality a photograph of the process of clearing the ozone layer. The ozone layer is in process of being destroyed. In the beginning of Planet Earth, it did not exist. The Sun was considered friendly. It did not burn or cause cancer. It is the ozone layer that has done this; not the Sun. Mothers do not harm their children. And as we have said previously, we placed the ozone layer around you in order to protect life forms out here in the galaxy from your warfare energies. Now, with the star tetrahedron in place, and the inner world blue-white cross at full rotation and functioning capabilities, the ozone layer can now safely be removed. Any hostile energies that people of Planet Earth release will be kept within the spheres of the protective shielding. Nothing whatsoever can leave Planet Earth without permission, nor can anything enter Planet Earth without permission.

At this point I would like to add that the object approaching in the year 2003 is to be considered a blessing. It is not in any way a destructive energy. It is not to be considered a threat or a cataclysmic event. This object can be called by many names: the 12th Planet, Nibiru, Planet X. It is most definitely benevolent in nature. As of this time, the great planetary thoughtforms from the times of Lemuria that have gained strength down through time have been removed and transmuted and returned to primordial source. No longer are they giving their energy to those who would control the population. The humans who like to run the show are on their own now. No longer do they have the strength of either Lord Lucifer or Lord Satan, for both of these beings are fully within the light. And no longer are they holding in place the reflective mirror. This is the reason that what you do these days brings about a very fast response. For the mirror acted as a buffer. You no longer have that type of buffering system. This is why there is so much talk about self-responsibility and why we speak of the necessity of integrity in the fields of construction and also the field of insurance. It all has to do with taking back your personal power.

A further purpose of these demonstrations of the light photography is to give those humans willing to listen a better understanding of just what light is, its purpose and its function, and to give clues as to the relationship of light to alchemy. Those of you concerned about the activities of HAARP or the activities of the misuse of Tesla energies or the military use of chemical spraying, and now you have the Pentagon who is going to begin to use electromagnetic warfare testing on goats and some humans (which incidentally means you), and if you have a concern for your safety, then we would give you this help. Everyone who reads these messages is familiar with meditation and visualization. All of you know how to construct the auric egg around your physicality and you know how to close that egg to protect yourself. That auric egg is nothing but light or prana and you manipulate it through your conscious activity in such a way that you protect yourself. Now use that same methodology and tap into the great ocean of life, which is another name for pranic substance or creative energy, and become very creative. Visualize electric light, which is another form of prana, and create an inverted bowl, or dome, over your property. If you want to, construct something like an umbilical chord which would act like a funnel and connect that to a great ocean of life or light and see this umbilical chord drawing from the source of life this liquid light and see it feeding energy into this dome so that it is constantly being re-energized. Now, one function of an umbilical chord is not only to feed, but also to siphon off substances that are unneeded. And this would be any chemicals that touch upon this liquid light. This liquid light would act like one of your bug zappers and the umbilical chord would then draw it all off and return it to source for transmutation. Every one of you who reads these messages has been led to this particular website because you are a lightworker. Now a lightworker is one who works and the tool they use is light. Prana is light. So use it to protect yourself, your families, your animals, your vegetation, your water, and your well-being. This gives a new meaning to your ability to move mountains. And this is something that each of you can do.
