Wayne: Continuing on our discussion of life during the Golden Age of Atlantis, given that there was not a government as such, could you describe how the major public buildings and transportation systems were developed and built?

During the Golden Era, the buildings were constructed by the dual effort of beings on this planet as well as extraterrestrials. Much of the material was brought in, or you might say, imported, for in the time of Atlantis there was import and export going on between planets. The reason materials were brought in from other places is that a certain magnetic gridwork was set up in the materials and this could enhance the transmissions of information. Some of this information transfer was done through mental telepathy, some was done magnetically through gridworks, and some was sent through a type of electrical current between sending and receptor points. And information could be sent and received both directions, from earth to another planet and from another planet back to earth.

Now, as we have said before, upon Planet Earth were the ancient ones, the evolved ones. There was a group that was more etheric than physical. There was a group that was physical and very highly evolved. And then there was evolving humanity that was thoroughly physical, but spiritually they had not entered upon the path of intensive dualities; they were not as yet greatly challenged. And all beings lived longer life spans than any humans of the last several thousand years. The long life spans allow for much accomplishment. So, the many levels of beings upon this planet could work together and design buildings. They would sit down and discuss what it is they wanted to accomplish. In the case of the Hall of Learning, it was designed to allow for free flow of communication between worlds, but it was also for the edification and enlightenment of the beings upon this planet. However, as the beings evolved upon this planet, information would then be sent back to other planets. Those beings would then monitor the evolvement and they would gain much knowledge and information. Keep in mind that many of the life forms on Planet Earth were extensions and projections of the consciousness of beings in other places. And the beings in other places also had what you now call parallel lives on many planets at the same time. At the time of Atlantis, many of the parallels of these great beings were interactive with one another and assisted in the evolvement of each other. So when construction was to begin, information as to how to proceed was gathered from many quarters throughout the galaxy. Planet Earth was like a great experiment. It was to be the great utopia in the cosmos. It was to be the great communication hub. So the buildings were designed with galactic communication in mind.

As far as transportation went, again transportation was multi-dimensional, from small 3rd-dimensional yet highly technical hover planes to very etheric modalities. Again, these were developed with galactic communication in mind. There were great air terminals, if you would, for the coming and going of UFOs, and this was commonplace. There were also chambers developed for translocation of beings. You have your expression, “Beam me up, Scotty!”

I will digress here for a moment. Your science fiction has played a great service to humanity, for great truths are presented in fictional form. There is a cosmic law that goes something like this, and here I use layman’s language: if the human mind can think it up, then it is within the realm of possibilities. The human mind is not capable of dreaming up the totally impossible. The details perhaps are not always clear, but the bigger picture always has a basis in reality.

Now, back to transportation. There was never a shortage of energy on Atlantis. And they functioned upon the free energy systems that are now coming back to you. At that time of Atlantis, there was no such thing as the great controlling cabals. There was no such thing as one group lording themselves over another group. We had great air transportation busses that could take groups to far distant places on vacations. It was sometimes easier to do it this way than to translocate an entire group of beings. But these busses were highly technical. They were magnetic in nature, traveling on electronic beams.

We also had something very much like your carport. These were located on top of our buildings, something like parking garages, except they were dome-shaped and the entrance could open and close somewhat like the lens on your observatories, using overlapping plates that would open and close. And small hovercraft went straight down inside these openings and were easily maneuvered to individual parking spaces. The parking spaces contained a recharged magnetic type of grid system. These magnets were connected to a magnetic substation and the energy traveled very much like types of radio beams or television beams, but magnetic in nature. These substations were in turn connected to a great magnet inside of a circular domed building in which there were various types of crystals and gemstones and various types of ores. And these operated on positive-negative polarities so that there was a perpetual regeneration of energy. In the years that I lived there, I never knew or heard of any kind of malfunction.

We also had animals very much like horses. These animals were unusual in that they could read the minds of their masters. In fact it was not so much a situation of a master and an animal; the humans and the animals were friends and they took care of one another. These animals were considered extensions of the family group. It was not unusual to see them nuzzling the cheeks of the humans. These animals could go anywhere a human could go. They did not have diseases and they were very clean animals. There were designated places where they could go and defecate. They never did this on the home property.

Humans were allowed to choose their modes of transportation. And at one time or another, in nearly everyone’s lifespan, they utilized all forms of transportation. We were fun loving at that time and had time for recreation. And we also had something very much like a unicycle. And these would be like toys and they would be a way of keeping physically fit. And these unicycles could go straight up mountainsides. They could also flip upside down in a circular motion and land on the ground again, somewhat like your skate-boarders do today.


Wayne: There has been much controversy over the way in which the ancient pyramids of Egypt were constructed. How were the stones cut, fitted so exactly, and put into place?

The great pyramid of Giza was not built by Cheops, but was built by Thoth. When Atlantis in its final days met its demise, Thoth had at his disposal a great etheric ship, into which he gathered many technologies. And many of his colleagues and many of their students went with him to Egypt. When they arrived, they were greeted by cannibals, who were going to make a meal out of these strangers. He totally immobilized all of these unevolved humans and when he released them to become themselves again, he shown forth a great light in his energy field. And the barbarians perceived Thoth and his group to be gods. Thoth never made slaves of these beings. He loved them, he taught them, and stayed with them for several thousand years. And when he left them, they were an evolved nation of peoples.

Thoth was a master of alchemy, magnetic grids, teleportation, levitation, and mental telepathy. And these were only a few of his skills. Many of his group were masters in their own right. There were still spacecraft coming and going at that time. However, things were much more difficult for spacecraft because the land in Egypt at that time was primitive and did not contain necessary landing ports or magnetic grid systems. Thoth quickly reconstructed many things to make transportation and communication viable again.

The great blocks for the construction of the pyramid were cut out of mountains and teleported. They were first dematerialized and molecularly translocated, and then reassembled in place. This was a much simpler methodology than strictly levitating them. There are many humans on the planet at this time that have experienced what we call apportations. This is a spirit being mentally constructing from pranic substances a particular object, and then placing it in third-dimensional space. Some of the blocks were constructed through apportation and some by teleportation, molecularly. These latter stones were chosen for particular energetic components.

The pyramids were constructed with energy grid-lines in mind. Thoth believed that at some point in time, humanity would redeem itself and resurrect itself. He also realized that it would be many millennia of time before this would be accomplished, but he set in place tools, technologies, and coded information that would enable humanity to redeem themselves and reestablish themselves at a future point in time. Thoth has said that he hid his great ship beneath the Sphinx, which, incidentally, he also constructed. This is an etheric ship that he can put back into working order at any time that he chooses. Many generations of time later, some of the Egyptian Pharaohs did build other pyramids, and it was these that were built by slave labor as described in the books of Genesis and other scriptures as well. And these pharaohs did have certain skills in magic, but they were nothing in comparison to the great Thoth.


Wayne: Why did Thoth choose Egypt after the demise of Atlantis?

Egypt at that time had pristine energies. The people were barbaric, but they showed potential and were teachable and could learn. Planet Earth has what some have called various root races and Egypt possessed humans who were designated to be the next root race. This is the reason so many of your historians feel that Egypt is the oldest of civilizations. It was the first great civilization founded by Thoth following the demise of Atlantis. Sumeria was an established civilization of people at that time. Sumeria had much contact with Atlantis and participated in import and export of many things, including products, technologies, philosophies, and understanding of spiritual laws. It was to Sumeria that Kay went with a group and in the first life that she had there, she was able to live many centuries of time as a man who was very well known throughout the land as a psychic surgeon. But Thoth chose Egypt to build a completely new civilization of peoples with new understandings. It was as if he was starting from scratch. He did not have to contend with pre-set ideologies and thought patterns.

The Martian group of Atlantis relocated in Babylon and Phoenicia. A group broke away and went into the area that has become known as the “cradle of civilization”, the Mesopotamian Valley, and this became the Hebrew Nation. But there were many other nations of people at the same time.


Wayne: Was there something particularly energetic about Egypt that caused Thoth to choose this location?

Yes, her energies were very pristine and pure at that time, they were not contaminated. There were many vortexes of incoming and outgoing energies. Also, in that particular area of Giza, there was open space. There was no hindrance of great mountain ranges to block the establishment of grid energies. The energy vortexes of that particular place were at a certain megahertz that could be set up and maintained indefinitely because of the pyramid’s ability to connect with great grids, not only upon Planet Earth, but also upon many planets in many quadrants of the galaxy. Stability could be maintained indefinitely. Now, upon the Planet Earth at this time there are many governments that would try and destroy certain grid systems. This is going on in the gulf area of the United States at this time, and in many other places too. The Giza is indestructible. The frequencies are so high that nothing third dimensional can touch it. At the time of its construction, the Giza contained the greatest energetic system available on the planet. Nowhere else on the planet was there any similar energetics. The Giza pyramid could also energetically maintain certain stability in the energetic systems of those parts of Atlantis beneath the waters. She could also maintain stabilities of energies in other places throughout the planet, those great cities all throughout the planet that we have been speaking of.

Within the great pyramid are contained certain energetic grids of reactivation. And this is in process at this time. The process is to establish a megahertz range of 13.8 throughout the entire planet so that all humans who wish to do so can ascend or raise their vibrations, or increase their awareness and understandings, extend their consciousness in the place where they are. This process is what Scriptures call “worshipping God in temples not made with hands.” In other words, it is no longer necessary, in order to ascend, to travel to the great pyramid and enter into the sarcophagus. You can do it now wherever you are. You do this by connecting in consciousness to your personal gridwork system of your chakras, both those internal as well as those in your body double. And you then plug them into the motherboard. It is as simple as that. You now have the ability to do very much as did the beings from the Sun. You set yourself down and you project your consciousness to any place where you know there is an energy grid system, or leylines, or crystals. Take for example, the great crystal of Australia at Uluru. You project your consciousness like a slinky to Uluru and then the essence of whom and what you are will follow. This is a teleportation of consciousness. In this way, your energies and the energies of Uluru are connected in a gridwork fashion. You may do the same thing with Bimini, and with the Aurora Borealis. You may even do the same thing with the great Popo volcano. There is much disturbance in that area, but energetically if you know your heart chakra to be open, you can hold Popo in your arms like a troubled child, and rock Popo, and talk to Popo, and comfort Popo.


Wayne: Can you describe the lived-in underground cities that exist on Earth and what types of beings inhabit them?

The beings that live in the underground cities are physical-etheric. They are advanced beings technologically speaking, and they also function as custodians of much information that they took with them. They are beings that did not wish to leave the planet Earth at the demise of Atlantis; they are beings that chose to go underground. It is now time for them to emerge and resurface so that they can continue their evolution in a world of dualities. They have established buildings, communication, and transportation systems very similar to what they knew when they lived upon Atlantis. They never evolved to the status of Thoth or to the status of the 32 Children of Light. They do not possess the powers of the Councils of 9, 7, or 12, yet they are within themselves very advanced. They have been free of accidents, illnesses, and dissention, yet they do not have the communication with the greater beings of the cosmos. But they have maintained communication with those beings that have set up UFO inner world terminals. And they receive information as to what is happening through these beings.

Wayne: Where are these civilizations located?

There is one great city right here in the Tucson area, in your mountain ranges, beneath them. These beings have connection with beings above ground, as well as those beneath ground. They have connection with the Mother Ship “New Jerusalem.” This civilization has connections to both the area of the Grand Canyon and the area of New Mexico, and also down into Mexico itself. There is a great civilization beneath the area of Bimini. They assist in maintaining the energetics of the great Hall of Learning in that area of Atlantis. Another great civilization is beneath the Pacific Islands, Hawaii and that entire region. Now understand that all of these places are interconnected. They travel back and forth, they communicate, and in a certain sense, it is just one great civilization with outposts in different places. Australia-New Zealand area also has a group.

The inner world is based upon the idea of one world, one people. Much will be learned from these beings on how to establish one world and one people, utilizing the concepts of diversification. All the beings within the Earth at this time are either Lemurian or Atlantean; essentially they have the same roots, the same ideologies. However, different groups specialize in different endeavors. Some are involved in science, others in technologies, and others are into the philosophies and art and beauty.

Now we do not consider the UFO terminals to be of the cities or the civilizations, they are different. Now, some of the spaceports on the planet are located at Mt. Shasta, Titicaca, the area of Popo, the area of the Gobi Desert, Africa, Australia, the Himalayas, Mongolia has a great port, Hawaii, Japan in the area of Kyoto, in the mountain ranges just to the north. There are so many ports it is not possible to list all of them. But the ones I have given you are major ports, like unto an international airport.
