Wayne: There have been reports of heavy UFO activity in Peru and particularly in the Cuzco region near the village of Chinchero (16 miles north of Cuzco) and Lago de Huaypo (9 miles west of Chinchero). This is the area below Machu Picchu and also where there have been recent discoveries of ancient civilizations. In addition, there is evidence of access to underground tunnels near Tiahuanaco and Lake Titicaca. Is there some relationship between the Peruvian UFO sightings and the preparation for the discovery of the great 50,000 year-old underground city?

Good morning. This is Lady Kadjina. The two games that have been alluded to are one in a step-by-step methodical way, nothing random or haphazard. Each connecting point raises the vibrations and those vibrations serve as safeguards to make certain that none of the information to be brought forth falls into the wrong hands. Now, there are grid systems being constructed at this time to many key dissemination points for information. There are many lesser points that are being continuously opened up, challenging man to think and to look again at his belief systems. The great Peruvian city you might consider as the grand finale. Before it can be opened, all of the other things, if you would, must be played out or discovered. There is a great orchestration going on from our side. It is being carried out to the most minute of detail. Nothing is being left to chance. When the grand finale takes place, it will totally collapse the iron fist of the established religious thinkings. The masses of people themselves will begin to question intensely the truths that they have been force-fed. And these force-fed truths, the children of the masses will throw up. Over the next 3-year time frame, there will be such escalation of information that it will be difficult for even the light-workers to keep up. And yet, at the same time, it will be done step-by-step, dot-to-dot, link-to-link. Groups of light-workers are specializing in different aspects of the truth. And you will keep your sanity intact through the sharing of information. In the event you are given information that you don’t understand, please do not be embarrassed to ask for clarification.

Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca had long been portals, gateways, for the coming and going of spacecraft. And there is much information and technologies within the subterranean cities of both of these places. But the ancient city of Peru that I keep referring to has not yet been discovered in a physical sense. However, there are many who have visited this place etherically. The “team” is being assembled even now, those team members who will be of assistance in disseminating information from this great city. They are continuously being made aware of the existence of this city. It is a vast and majestic place of the most intense of vibrations. At this time, the only entrance is through astral projection. There is an entrance in the upper levels of the mountains in which you go downward, but it is too dangerous to physically go, only in your light bodies are you able to safely enter. And then the dolphins can enter through subterranean passages via the ocean floor. Yes, indeed, all of these underground cities have connections. In the inner world of planet Earth, there are many cities; some of which are inhabited and the beings that live in these places are of many different levels of evolving light or energy. Some of them went underground to escape certain catastrophic events and have lived there ever since. It is time now for them to emerge and continue in their evolution in the world of dualities. Dualities are simply challenges and they do not have to be inherently evil in the ways that they manifest. They can be simply challenges to your ways of thinking. And this was the way that it was originally intended, that you learn experientially by way of opposing energetics, wherein you emerge by passing through those opposing or dual energies with greater knowledge and greater understanding, without the experiences of so much of the dark warring factions that divide and separate, that was never intended.

The UFO activities are indeed a part of the method for connecting the grid systems. It all works together as a unit. Each of the UFO units has particular functions. The next great move on the part of the UFOs, and this is worldwide, will be to make themselves known and to make certain that they are seen and understood to be friendly, to dispel the fears that so much of humanity has concerning UFOs. Therefore, part of their plan is to make known ancient civilizations that exist all over the planet. Ancient civilizations are being found throughout Europe and the Americas and it is coming so fast that it is going to be difficult to deny. Once the majority of humanity accepts the idea that Planet Earth is very old and has been inhabited for many millennia of time, and that the Hebrew Nation of people, which in turn brought forth the Christian era, are but the very youngest of the groups of humanity. Then will humanity as a group be ready to accept greater revealments. And the UFOs play a key part in increasing the awareness and raising the vibrational understandings of the masses of humanity. There is going to be a massive worldwide acceleration of UFO activity. And they will become so commonplace over the period of the next year, and humanity will become accustomed to them. And when nothing of a dire nature happens, they will be deemed as friendly and many humans will have contact with UFOs. Many will go on board physically, but many more will go on board through astral projection during times of sleep or meditation. And through this escalation of activity, humanity will be freed from their fears. And for many humans it will be as a breath of fresh air.

Wayne: A reader has written of her experience under the Temple of the Moon, near Cuzco & Sacsayhuaman, in the Andes, in Peru. During a ceremony there, she was shown a great underground city with staircases and connections to other constructions further down, and many temples, in which the journey seemed to take her into the core of the earth, ending at a huge altar, on top of which was a divine golden sculpture almost identical to one that was later seen a convent in Cuzco. Is this vision related to the great underground city, of which we have spoken before?

This woman that you speak of here is a very old soul who has lived earth lives in these ancient cities. And within her soul, she has a great love and a great understanding for these places. She is one who has been given awareness of the existence of the ancient cities, even to the great Peruvian city of which I speak.

Wayne: Further, this woman says she has seen a 'Leyline of Golden Light' and an energetic grid that runs from Teotihuacan through to all the sacred sites in Guatemala and Honduras. However, this leyline did not run thru Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama to join with the other leyline that runs through Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia, all the way to the south of Chile. She remembers clearly thinking at the time: "Oh, no, someone is going to have to do similar work in those latter countries to ensure the leyline continues". Is there some reason why this leyline is discontinuous through this area?

This is part of the dot-to-dot process mentioned in the beginning. Eventually, it shall all be connected, it just has not been completed as yet. We connect and construct triangulations of grid energies in certain locations. And what she has seen is one of them, just as we constructed one from Bimini to the heart of Africa to the North Pole as a unit of energy. And then we connected Shamballa, Tel Aviv and Bimini as another grid system. Eventually, the grid system that she saw will be connected to other places in South America and then over to Bimini, and from there to the crown chakra at the North Pole. Once this is completed, we shall begin to establish another grid system from the North Pole into the South Pacific areas, and from there back to Peru. So you will have somewhat of a circle of energy.

Wayne: In 1938, a team of archaeologists discovered a series of interlinked caves and gravesites of an unknown race of people in the mountains of Bayan-Kara-Ula, on the borders of China and Tibet. They also discovered at that time 716 round disks with grooves that were later deciphered as evidence of alien exploration. Is this location related to the underground cities in the Himalayas?

Absolutely. And some of these beings are the ones that went underground. And again, this is just another instance of habitation of this planet by extraterrestrials. And keep in mind, that Lot and Abraham were not visited by angels per se, but by extraterrestrials. And the Sons of God who married the Daughters of Men were also extraterrestrials. And the Chariot of Fire that Ezekiel saw was a spacecraft. And Enoch was taken up in a spacecraft. And Jesus ascended into the clouds and into a craft and went to North America and stayed with the Indians. And they have stories of the golden-haired man whom they saw as a God. So, yes, there are great connections in all of these things. In the past century that you have just completed, there was sporadic information given forth to humanity to mull over and think about. No longer will it be sporadic. It shall be a concerted, sustained effort. At this time, not only is the crown chakra of Planet Earth, our beloved Lady Gaia, wide open, but so is her throat chakra. She will speak and give forth her truth. More than half of humanity now has the energy of a throat chakra that is in process of opening, at least to the point that they can accept greater truth, and shall begin to speak that truth, at least in the form of questions. For the throat chakra is a two-way portal to speak the truth, one must first allow in the truth. And this is where much of humanity finds itself. They are in the mode of asking. And hence they will receive.

Wayne: I have been told of, and we have read about a portal to the underground world in Virginia, and in that area skeletal remains of giant beings have been found that range in height from 9 to 14 feet. Also, a reader writes of a “personal energy vortex” in West Virginia that she has been attracted to for many years. What is the historical significance of the vortex referred to in West Virginia; is it related to the giant beings and access to underground cities?

Regarding West Virginia and Virginia: Virginia has been the home and the birthing place of many of the Presidents of the United States. And many of these presidents had direct linkage with the energies of ancient Greece and to the oracle energies. The energy of this particular portal is the energy of the seer, the visionary. And this is the reason why so many of your presidents have come from this area, the presidents who have had the vision. And the woman who has this as a “personal vortex” is one who has the energy of the seer. She has the abilities to travel within the inner world of the planet as well as so many of the outer worlds. And this energy is that of the reawakening chakra system of the planet. And it is part of the heart chakra of Atlantis, having direct connections to the grid energy of the St. Louis area. We have spoken before of a certain dark energy of the Deep South of the United States, and the energy system coming forth from this portal system can be used to assist in the healing of the energy of the Deep South. The energy emanating from this portal is that of an effervescent type of joy, it just bubbles over. And this joy shall assist in the healing and it shall touch to Washington DC and help stabilize conditions there.

Wayne: What is the relationship of this area to the giant beings that have been purported to have been found in the general vicinity? Are the stone “grids” or matrices that have been found there connected with some teleportation system?

These beings are 10-12 feet, up to 14 feet in height. These were guardian souls and were friendly. And they came in on a type of beamed energy on a craft and this beamed energy came forth from this portal. It is part of the magnetic system that the spacecraft use at times. We spoke a few days ago of the magnetic nature of some of the spacecraft, and this vortex is very magnetic. And these were beings of great love. And in the days ahead, much more information shall become known concerning them. And the grid plates that you refer to were indeed for the purpose of teleportation, but a type of magnetic teleportation in which they could project their consciousness into another location and the physical self would follow. This is very much like the type of energetics used by beings that live on the Sun, kind of that “slinky” toy effect. And these were Sun-beings that came from the Sun and took on physicality. And this is why those Indians who could see them spoke of them as “radiant.” If they were seen at night, they glowed because of a certain phosphorescent nature.

They originally came with the idea that they would return home. They came on a field trip expedition to study the magnetic systems of Planet Earth. But their spacecraft was not able to take off again, it malfunctioned. Their spacecraft had a type of etheric system so that they could disassemble this craft and they took it underground. And the size of the portal corresponds almost exactly to the size of the craft. After a period of time, these great beings simply laid down their physical selves and took their consciousness and returned to the Sun. They came from the Sun as etheric beings and took on physicality, so they simply put aside their physicality and returned to the Sun. And it is now these same beings that man the sun cruisers at this time. It was not a sun cruiser that came to planet Earth, but one of the smaller craft. These smaller craft would be similar to a Mother Ship now. And it is because some of the mother ships that landed on the planet were not able to lift off again, that it was decided that the mother ships would not land in the future, but only the smaller ships. Now the Mother Ships are used primarily as spaceports.
