Wayne: During the past 3 months, approximately, it appears that there is a definite rhythm in the peak magnitudes of quake activity, the peaks of which have been getting gradually larger (see chart below). Is this a result of some solar or other off-planet rhythm?

This is Lady Kadjina. Before I answer this, I would make a comment. We really appreciate Wayne’s ability to formulate good questions. We have worked with many groups over the past decade and have found that many of them need time in which to formulate questions. This is based upon, “ask, and then you receive.” So it is in the knowing what to ask, or how to formulate questions that determines what you will receive in the way of an answer.

Now, to the question at hand: Most have accepted the reality that Mother Earth is a sentient being. And with all sentient beings, there are established certain rhythms. And most of you at this time accept the fact that Mother Earth, as a sentient being, is in an expansion or birthing process into greater levels of awareness and consciousness, in preparation for establishing a higher plane for expression and also higher levels of dimensions. Within the birthing process, there are moments of intense contractions in preparation for birthing the new form. And the form of this birthing process will be greater stability, self-awareness, and greater harmony and interactiveness between all of the levels of consciousness in regard to all of the sentient beings in connection to Mother Earth. And just as a woman giving birth goes through these contraction and expulsion energies and is assisted by other sentient beings, such as doctors and nurses as well as the other world spirit guides and guardians, so it is with Mother Earth. She has those upon the planet giving assistance by their increased awareness and also those of the other worlds who also give assistance at this time. But just like a woman giving birth, there is the need for a period of resting before the next birthing contraction sets in. It is a part of the energetic ebbs and flows of an ongoing process. Does this help you to understand?

Wayne: Yes, absolutely. Thank you. Now if you would, I would like you to have an opportunity to give a general message that may be relevant at this time or may tend to “sum up” some of the information that we have spoken of recently.

There seems to be at this time a theme that is running through the consciousness of many of the readers. And this has to do with the dynamic interplay of the various levels of consciousness in relationship to grids and portals, and what constitutes the activation process into higher levels of awareness. What is it that produces activation? With humans it is the act of decision to create greater awareness and understanding that assists in the development of higher consciousness; it is a choice. And in the choice, there then comes other forms of sentient consciousness that assists in a forward movement. In the event that a human makes a conscious decision to engage in a darker, denser energy, they would also attract these same energies that would assist them in stepping down or backsliding.

In the case of a portal into a higher dimension, it does not open of its own choice. It is opened by a clearly defined energetic that holds the “key.” Any of a number of energies can open a portal. A collective cry from humanity can be heard by cosmic intelligences that will cause a portal opening. This happens when the cry is sincere, but collective consciousness of humanity does not have quite enough strength or knowledge as to how to actually open a portal. There are both on the physical plane of earth and also on the outer worlds, physical or etheric crystals. These crystals can be opened, either by the humans, who through choice have elevated their consciousness, or by those of the greater cosmic intelligences. This is the reason that so many of these portals have been protected by cosmic intelligence, so that humans cannot open them until they attain a certain level. For through these portals are made available information that, if it were to fall into the wrong hands, would create havoc upon the planet. It is somewhat like going into security zones upon your planet where you need a key card to insert into a machine that can read the codes prior to the door swinging open. You are pre-qualified for admission and such is the case for entrance into all intersecting ley lines, portals, and accessing information by way of crystals. When a human is pre-qualified in this way, these grids, portals and crystals become as a tool or a key that assists in clarifying information. For as you pass through the portal from a third dimension into say a fourth dimension, you are entering into a realm that you can use information that you have acquired, and then you are able to expand upon it into a higher dimension. But just as upon Planet Earth a student must qualify himself by graduating from high school, he is then handed a diploma that he then presents as his key to being admitted into the higher dimension or greater awareness in order to learn on a college level.

Now it is known that in certain places upon this planet there are sound chambers. All throughout Palenque you find the resonance and intensification of sound. This area was considered to be so sacred that for a human to gain entrance they were required to go through a ritual of bathing and clothing in certain types of garments and the usage of certain types of crystals and the removal of shoes, and once entered into this particular area, no word could be spoken. Communication could be done through the crystals and through the sound chambers from one consciousness to another. In other areas of the world, there are waters that can activate crystals; that can open chakras; that can open portals and dimensions. But even if the portal were to open, a human not of the correct energetic correspondence could not access that portal. It works much like the sarcophagus that requires that the human be of a certain type of energetic before they enter in to the sarcophagus; for if they are not correctly energized, they would die upon entrance. The same thing is true of the Ark of the Covenant, whose energies could only be accessed by certain members of the Priesthood. And it is recorded that a person who did not possess the correct energetics perished when they touched the energies of the Ark.

It is also true that a crystal such as the Vogel crystal, which is active when placed into the hands of a human, but those crystals will alter and change in response to the energy of the human. That human can take that crystal and place it near a second crystal that has been in a dormant, inactive state, and energize it. The second crystal is being “plugged into” the first one. So then you have the second crystal that is activated. It is given to a human of a lesser consciousness, who is just beginning to awaken. That second crystal will adjust itself accordingly, much like a radio station that switches channels. In the event that this second human, in his quest for understanding and truth, has one of those breakthrough moments where the light clicks on and he says, “Aha! I have found a great truth!” And he then reaches for his crystal, that crystal will then switch channels to a higher vibration. Are there any questions concerning this?

Wayne: Yes, but it may be a lengthy one. This all relates to a set of experiences I have had over the years, which seem to be in a culmination point at this time. I need to frame this question in terms of my current understanding of the”picture” of how this works that I see at the moment. An analogy is like the movement of a great variety of gears of a clock; some small, some large, and all moving at various speeds but in great synchronicity. The movement of these gears is like the various frequencies of expression that are occurring in a set of parallel dimensions, all related to each other through the various dimensions. So in this plane, the Earth plane, we have the influences of the great cosmic gears of the clock, so to speak, operating not only on the etheric levels but also on the physical level. A human may be influenced by certain of these gears or frequencies, and the earth grid may be influenced by other gears or frequencies. Even though the gears or frequencies are acting in unison throughout the dimensions, the human may not be aware of the opportunity, or of the portal that has opened up in perhaps a different dimension, and therefore cannot step into that portal to take advantage of the ascension opportunity that exists. It’s like not being able to see the forest for the trees, as his point of observation is not at the proper level of perspective, not having gone through the necessary set of experiences to synchronize his awareness and perception at all levels. Is this a relatively accurate perception?

This is a very good analogy that you have drawn here. What you have described here is very much like the continuity of life, or the oneness of life, and also the very interactive nature of life. For all of the levels of consciousness leave a mark upon all of the other levels of consciousness. And it is that the human without the awareness of an open portal cannot access it without first going on the necessary quest, if you would. And this is part of the built-in protection that these portals have. But at the same time, all of the various “gears” continue in their movement. Another analogy could possibly be a person who lives in New York City and who goes and spends some time in a small village in South Africa. And over a period of time, he learns to communicate with one of the natives that he perceives to be very bright and capable of asking many questions. So this native is taught how to speak English; he is taught how to read simple books; he is shown pictures of New York. But from his field of experience, he has no point of reference. So the man from New York says to the tribesman, “Would you like to with me to my home?” And the response is “Yes, I would!” So the first thing that the two might do is go to a city in Africa where they can purchase clothing for the tribesman that would be appropriate for the City of New York, and the tribesman shakes his head in disbelief: shoes?, and buttons?, and zippers?, and a photograph on a passport?, an airport?, an airplane?, and flying over great expanses of water for hours?, and then the landing of the plane at the International Airport, where there are sounds, smells, moving sidewalks, escalators, and then into a taxi, and it’s nighttime and there are tall buildings, many lights, honking horns, and noise everywhere? So what does the tribesman do with all of this new information? He has a choice of packing up and going back home, or trusting the New Yorker to keep him safe and trusting the explanation as to this phenomenon will be forthcoming. And here is a metaphor of what it can be like when one who has been essentially third dimensional enters into manifestation of the forth dimension, and an explanation also of why so many feel like they are going crazy. The tribesman is faced with a decision of trusting in the process, of trusting in his guide, the American New Yorker. Can he do this? And so it is very much the same with the human who goes from third to fourth dimension, who must make a decision as to whether or not he can trust in the process and trust in his guides. He also needs to trust in his sense of inner knowing, that he has qualified himself to be in this new dimension. Does this give some clarity to the questions you have asked?

Wayne: Yes, only one addition. Might the example that you give be able to work the other way, in that the tribesman in his familiar culture and surroundings might have his own way of relating to the various dimensions, but the New Yorker would find it difficult to relate to that process?

We on this side can relate to your question, for many of us who have drawn near are required to go through great preparation of stepping down our energy systems in order to dwell amongst you. Back in the 1960s, a wave of us came to planet Earth and found that it would be very similar to entering in to the stench of a sewer, or a hog farm. And we were not prepared for this. We had been told, but until we actually experienced, we had no point of reference. Others of us have gone to great lengths in learning your language, not just ABCs, but street language, in order to know how to speak with you so as to be understood. Many of us have gone to great lengths to educate ourselves as to how to read your mental bodies and your heart systems as you sincerely try to formulate your questions, so that we can respond with an answer. It is somewhat like a highly educated person with many doctorates, accustomed to being a platform speaker amongst colleagues of equal education, being asked to spend a day in pre-school: how do you speak the language of a tiny tot if not through the connections of the heart? Yes indeed, it does go both ways. So we would say here, that it is in the connection of the heart, in whichever direction the flow of energy may be, that enables the New Yorker to live amongst the tribesman, or the tribesman to live in New York.
