Wayne: For the past several months and weeks, information has been leaking out of various “non-natural” forms on the surface of Mars. Of course there are legends and hearsay about civilizations that either have existed and/or currently exist on Mars. Also, the supposed recent “failures” of several earthly probes (both the U.S. and Russian) lead one to believe that there is a coverup being perpetrated by the various governments about colonization upon and civilizations present. Certain very recent information has made its way to the Internet that pretty clearly show non-natural structures and, as a trained architect, it is easy for me to read into these certain architectural forms that suggest a civilization exists there. I therefore asked Lady Kadjina if she could “pick up” anything there. She began relaying this information, as well as other information that I had been asking about recently, to me this morning and we decided that it would be best to transcribe it while it was still fresh.

Kay: When I approached Mars, I observed a settlement, or something that seems to be quickly put up, that has not been there more than 10 years as far as I can determine. The beings there are friendly, not of Earth. There is indeed a dam containing water that they can access. There is a large tunnel which is an intake for water to the settlement. It does not appear to me that there are vast civilizations covering the entire planet of Mars, but just groups here and there. They seem to be an outpost of a civilization located somewhere else and who are on a fact-finding mission. In speaking to one of the beings here, I was told that these types of groups are coming in from many places and are setting up bases not only on Mars but on the moon and on Venus and even some of the “burned out shells” of planets. There is considerable excitement and a sense of adventure on a part of many beings from many places in regards to what is transpiring upon earth at this time. There are many of these beings that are not allowed to be active participants of the activities, but only to be observers. Others, such as ourselves, are allowed to participate in gathering information upon our outposts. We register vibrational changes, atmospheric changes of different types, and are assisting in the breaking up of what you call your ozone layer. We originally placed it around your planet when it became obvious that you were destined to be a warring planet. This ozone layer serves as a protective layer for us, more than for you. We did not think it expedient to allow all of the negative and dark energies that you were emanating to be set free to harm others who were located in close proximity to your planet. We felt it wise to put you in the position of being responsible to deal with this energy yourself. So we, in a sense, put you inside of a locked box. Now that you are beginning to deal with and redeem these energies and use them for more noble purposes, we are now allowed to remove this great wall that has for so long separated us. Upon Planet Earth, you have constructed the great Berlin Wall and you have no idea of the excitement generated amongst us when that wall came down. It said to us that we could now begin to intensify our efforts in the removal of the great wall that you call the ozone layer. This will allow the energies from the Sun and many other planets as well to communicate back and forth with the communication centers of Lady Gaia. It is more than just her chakra grids that are communicating. It is also the devices or crystals that she uses to keep her chakra system in balance, just as you use crystals by placing them over the third eye or your heart chakra to help you gather information, give forth healing energies, balance yourself or another. So it is with Lady Gaia, and our function is to assist her in reactivating and reconnecting all of her systems.

Now in giving forth a little understanding of the worm-like structures recently discovered: If you study it closely, you will see that it has arched ridges. This is not the way it really is. This is a composite picture of many structures at a distance from our camp in which we have placed our “spider walkers.” These are information-gathering rovers that can negotiate the rough terrain, even climbing vertically when necessary. Some of them have an eye or lens that can take photographs of Earth; others gather information concerning radiation force-fields; and some contain listening devices by which we are able to gather information within the secret agencies and organizations upon your planet. I might add here that we are able to hear very well. We know exactly who is doing what and in this way certain emissaries can go to certain areas of the planet and avert certain types of troubles.

NOTE: The so-called tubular structures have been photographically altered and artificially connected from a series of “quanset hut” types of structures. The ridges are support structures to hold up a tent-type fabric that can be quickly thrown up to protect the spider-walkers from the elements such as radiation and also from view.

Those who have discerned that the photographs have been doctored are quite correct. It is because the governments of the world wish to maintain their control for as long as possible, that they are not wishing to share any power or authority with anyone. We would also tell you at this time that there are groups of beings with a dark energy and who also have their outposts set up who are giving information to these secret groups. Our awareness is such that we know exactly what they are up to and we are able to intervene. There are beings of all levels of enlightenment involved at this time with earth redemption but as each gives from their highest point of understanding, they are able to grow and be of assistance. There is no need to have fear of most of us.

Wayne: I have several photos, supposedly taken of the Martian surface, in which it appears that there are buildings similar to what we find on earth: pyramids, domes, buildings with pitched roofs nestled into hillsides, towers, and terraces that appear to be agricultural in nature. Can you tell me if these are accurate and are evidence of a civilization?

Kay: These buildings are of an older civilization, for Mars was vacated long ago, but these structures are still useable and some of our team members are using them as a command post. But the Martian Civilization as such is no longer in existence. The technologies for building these structures was given to Earth. The pyramids that are presently on Earth were not all constructed by the highest of light beings. Their purposes are diversified according to the understandings of those responsible for their construction.

Another thing that you may be interested in that we do from our outpost here is that we have an energetic device that we are able to project to your planet that works somewhat like a “cookie cutter” by which we are able to imprint the crop circles. We build these cookie cutters here. The purpose of the crop circles is to give messages to certain beings on the earth who have advanced understanding. Some of the messages can be interpreted to say, “We have now constructed a radiation shield; Resonators are now in place; Communication systems are connecting; The star tetrahedron encompassing the Earth is complete; The cosmic cube is functioning.” This is done in order to give not only knowledge and information, but also hope and encouragement to certain incarnate beings who have come to you at great personal cost. If you think in military terms, you have your ground crews attempting to accomplish a certain mission. You also have your counsels to draw up the plans to give to your ground crews to carry out certain tasks. You also have your high command posts who control all of the maneuvers and activities. We are like this great command post, feeding information to those incarnate who are giving information to the ground crews.
