Wayne: These Japanese Dogu statues are said to be made about 5000 B.C. The figures seem to be wearing goggles and some kind of "hat." Isao Washio, the Japanese expert on these figures, says, "The gloves are fixed to the forearms with a rounded attachment while the eye pieces can be opened or closed. There are levers at their sides while the crown of the figures look like an antenna. The 'designs' on the suits aren't ornamental but correspond to devices suitable for regulation of pressure" (http://www.anomalies-unlimited.com/Japanese_Dogu.html). Can you tell us who these beings are, when they have been on the Earth, where they came from, and why they were here?

Basically these are a group of explorers. Earth people would call them 'star travelers.' Humans are not the only ones capable of interplanetary traveling. These beings were highly skilled technicians. They used the goggles as protectors for their eyes because the vibrations or radiation from Earth are very different from their home planet. Their home planet is one from the Pleaidian complex that has a name unknown to you.

There are hundreds of stars and planets within the Pleaidian Milky Way complex. These beings also had the ability to go deep into the waters and into the inner realms of Earth, into the caves and tunnels.

The designs on the suits are indeed pressure regulators and function very similarly to your deep-sea diving suits, except that instead of diving into the water, it was more for atmospheric control.

This period was just after the Atlantean times, so we would say this is closer to 7,000 to 9,000 years ago.

This is one more example of discovering information that has been hidden. This is one more sample of information coming to light, and this is only the beginning of this type of information. It truly is the moment for full disclosure in every realm.


Wayne: These two reptilian-appearing beings, supposedly dated from the 4th century B.C., were found in the Baghdad Museum. The male seems to be holding some kind of instrument and the female seems to be nursing a reptilian baby. They seem to be wearing some kind of uniform. They are portrayed as real beings (See http://www.anomalies-unlimited.com/Reptilian.html). Can you tell us if these beings were on the Earth at that time, where they are from, and what was their purpose?

I believe we have addressed this question previously, but they are real beings. There have been hundreds of interplanetary races of beings that have lived upon the Earth plane. And these are indeed reptilian in nature.

What the man is holding in his hand would be something similar to a wand. It's a power transmission type of thing. It can be used very much like your dowsing rods, not only for water, but for energy readings, locating power point sources for the Earth, locating various types of transmission devices left behind by their ancestors. And remember that those humans native to planet Earth all have a reptilian ancestry.

 

The embryo of the human has a brain that shows the reptilian lineage. It is a mistake to blatantly name every member of every group as evil. This holds true for those groups that you call the lizards and the draconians. Not all of them are of a dark energy any more than all humans are of a dark energy.

And this man and woman are husband and wife-they are a family and they also had other children. Again, these are from a planet outside your own galactic quadrant. They were star travelers. It is very difficult to give the names for these stars and planets, in that you don't have the correct alphabet. We would have to fumble around and make a name as close as we could, and it just wouldn't match up.


Wayne (based on a question from a reader): We have mentioned in previous messages the 32 Children of Light from Atlantean times. In one of the messages (http://www.citiesoflight.net/Reading.html) it was stated that "each of these beings is in position. Thoth is above in rank these 32 Children of Light--they are somewhat as his children, or what you would call 'belonging to his Ashram.' And there is much more to this than what we can explain at this time." In another of the messages (http://www.citiesoflight.net/kadjin01-09.html#BehindScenes), St. Germain noted that "I am the energy behind the energy from the Book of Thoth known as the Emerald Tablets, and that energy known to this planet as the 32 Children of Light." Perhaps this is a good time to speak more about the 32 Children of Light and the purpose for their being "in position" at this time. Could you elaborate?

St. Germain was one of the 32 Children of Light, as was the Master Jesus and most of the great Lords and Ladies of Light who have incarnated upon Planet Earth, such as Lord Buddha, and who are now ascended masters. Thoth is known as the great Atlantean. He was Priest-King of Atlantis for several millennia of time, with each incarnation being approximately 10,000 years, at the end of which time he would go into a rest mode and then return. The 32 Children of Light were essentially light-beings who came to the Earth realm for the purpose of studying the energy fields of all life forms with the commitment to eventually taking on human physical form. These 32 Children of Light were physical-etheric beings who could be seen by the more advanced members of the human race that were developing at that time. Each of them is now a fully ascended master with ashrams of their own. Each of them has returned to the Earth Plane assisting in the ascension process of all the various life forms that live upon this planet.

It is well known that both St. Germain and the Master Jesus, or Sananda if you prefer, have the capability of taking on a physical body on an as-needed basis. The Master Kuthumi is known to have been living upon the Earth plane approximately 400 years ago. He was living on the Earth plane and the teacher to Helena Blavatsky and is still physically present upon the Earth plane. John the Beloved has never left the Earth plane; he is still here 2,000 years after the time of Jesus. Mother Mary and Mary Magdelene are two of the female members of the Children of Light now fully ascended.

Each of these masters has a specialty or a focus at this time. Some work with clearing the water of the planet; others are masters of the etheric energy fields and help clear and heal. And one of their interests is to do away with the huge high-rise metropolitan areas of the planet and to spread the people out in order to reduce the etheric pollution. In very crowded situations, healing cannot take place as easily.


From a reader: I'm confused concerning the entities Thoth and Ra. Are they one and the same? The Ra Material done by Elkins and Rueckert claim sixth density entity Ra built the Great Pyramid of Giza (if I haven't misread.) This has been bothering me for a while. I believe both materials are correct, the Ra Material and the material from this site, concerning the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza. It's just there's a puzzle piece lacking allowing me to see the whole picture. And I'm assuming there are others who've read the site and the Ra Material that are curious about this too.

The Great Pyramid was built under the direction of Thoth. It was built when he first went to Egypt after the sinking of Atlantis. He stayed with the Egyptian people, who were cannibals when he came to them, intending to have Thoth for supper. Thoth taught the people all that he knew, over many thousands of years. He selected and enabled the more advanced members of this race to become priest-kings and self-governing. He taught them how to build these pyramids, along with the great Sphinx. Ra was one of these priest-kings and he did indeed help with the construction of the Great Pyramid and then went on to build others. Ra is a word in Egyptian meaning 'father.' And Ma is 'mother' and many chant the words, 'Ra-Ma' as a way of invoking both the mother-father god principles of energy.


Wayne: We mentioned previously that the energy of King Chronos is in the Earth plane at this time, was once reincarnated as Alexander Hamilton, is working on the new European Constitution and would be incarnating into the Earth plane soon. A question from a reader, based on a dream, relates to King Chronos and going back 32 years to fix a "botched job." In the dream, a small group of 8 "Cayce people" are gathered in a small room around a giant crystal. The crystal is protruding up through the floor of the room. It is spinning slowly and we are gathered around it in a circle. Sometimes we are holding hands other times we are not. The reader knows all of the characters in the dream from soul memory-very, very WELL. Their faces change with each dream but they are still the same energy. They speak of "sojourn with Saturn" briefly." I think to myself why won't they listen! If only they knew we all made it through they could let go of the guilt and Saturn would be in balance. They could then get on with the work at hand. But everyone is in a panic and no one will listen. About that time there is a huge lightning bolt that comes through the ceiling of the house and the crystal starts spinning wildly. It is ripping up through the floor which is made of stone-the floor begins to crumble and I stumble and fall on top of my 'best friend.' I whisper into his ear the code words, 'Straw Horse,' knowing that this code will activate EVERYONE." There has been some automatic writing related to this, as follows:

Can you help put this dream into perspective, relating the 32 years with the "Cayce people," King Chronos, Saturn, the lightning and the crystal, the release of guilt and the code words "Straw Horse" that will activate everyone?

These are indeed memory dreams. The changing faces represent the many incarnations that each of these individuals has embarked upon. And like many humans who look back upon their long sojourn upon this planet, they are tripping over their own feet, ridden with guilt and regrets. It would be much better if each of them could look back and see the power, majesty and glory of all that they are that has brought them to this moment of now.

There are many groups who gather in circles around great crystals. The crumbling of the floor is the crumbling of the foundation that supports the guilt. The "straw horse" is the code word that blows away or dissolves the guilt, very much like the concept of the separation of the wheat from the chaff-the straw blows away. The number 32 is the number of perfection of humanity. And what this is saying is to back up; take it from the top and let go of that which binds you in guilt.

And yes indeed, Alexander Hamilton was King Chronos and he is also present upon the Earth plane working diligently. He was one of the great energies of ancient Greece who has come forth, first to help bring about a stable monetary system to the United States and now to Europe and he and his group have been quite successful. The monetary basis of Europe is at this time more stable than that of the United States.


Wayne: The recent power outages in the northeastern U.S. on August 14th and in London last week seem much too coincidental, particularly since they hit the power centers of both countries and the source of the outages are owned by the same company, National Grid Transco, that was set up due to the deregulation of energy in both countries.

It is of no small coincidence that both the United States and British power outages were due to manipulations as both the American and British power sources are owned by the same company. It is well-known that America and Britain are "in cahoots." They have the same agenda and part of that agenda is to control the oil of the world. The United States is actively negotiating with countries in Africa for oil supplies and with Israel for pipelines. The more staging of events they can do, the more they can convince the world that oil is a major necessity. They are spending much energy in squelching the concept of alternative fuels. They don't feel there is as much profit in that as there is in oil.

It is pretty well known at this point that the California outages and rapid price escalations of a couple years ago, just as your new president was being inaugurated, was a great manipulation, and it will come to light that these latest situations are also manipulations. These powerful countries are very manipulative of many world events transpiring at this time.

Those in control are the same beings who have been on this planet for many millennia, and who have in every way attempted to control the peoples of the Earth. They are the great warlords of history. They are those of Atlantis responsible for the sinking of that great continent. They will be prevented from doing the same destruction again. It will not happen. Their nefarious plans will come to naught.

One of the great American scandals was the way the Florida election was rigged-bought and paid for. The information is there; the research has been done. It's just a simple matter of assisting the American people in becoming aware of this reality. The American people have finally begun to ask many pertinent questions. And as they get more self-assertive, they will find the answers and they will break free of the massive manipulation going on at this time. The American news media is already beginning to speak up and speak out about what is happening in this great country. And it will not be long now. The White House is little by little crumbling. It began to shake last Spring and it continues to do so as many people retire from responsible positions. Generals as well as soldiers are beginning to speak up and speak out. There is an ancient Lemurian word, ESPAVO, which means, "Thank you for taking back your power." When you take back your power, wars will stop; greed will stop; light will come forth. But first you must become aware of what is happening on your planet.

LIGHT is an energy, and this energy is to be used. Basking in the light is not enough. Light by its very nature is action. And so we ask the people of the planet to rise up and take a stand. Support the politicians who are behind the Department of Peace, those who are fostering laws to bring about the new forms of energy, planetary conservation. Get behind these politicians. And if in the upcoming American elections you are going to use the electronic voting machines, make sure they cannot be rigged again. We highly recommend hand counting. This next election is apt to be one huge fiasco.
