Wayne: For the past 10 days or so, the sun appears to have been gearing up for a huge release of energy, while the quake activity on Earth seems to have been diminishing. Finally, on March 27th and 28th was the largest solar flux reading and yesterday was the largest magnetic storm of this 11.1-year solar cycle. Can you tell us what kind of energy exchange is going on between the Sun and Earth and how is that affecting the transition of life on Earth?

Good morning, Tawatnaw here. First of all, we are discussing here two fully sentient beings. Both of these beings are Mother energies. This is the energy of the heart, emotion, nurturing, encouragement, and empathy. These are feminine characteristics and characteristics of Mother energy.

We have mentioned just recently, that for the first time ever, all of humanity and also all life forms on Planet Earth are in an expectant mode. Each of you is an expectant mother aspect. In addition to this, Mother Sun is also inhabited by highly evolved beings that are also in a highly expectant mode. And this mode of expectancy is one of the least common denominators between the two mothers and their life forms. And in this expectancy mode, the key factor is that of the expectant mother for birthing. And both mothers are going through what you know as birthing pains and part of that are the contractions. When birthing has reached the maximum dilation, the new life form comes forth. Contractions come closer together and become more intense and the mother-to-be cries out in her agony. This is a metaphorical comparison that most of you can relate to. For the more highly advanced Earth Mothers, there are the contractions but without so much of the pain; it’s more a matter of pressure. So it is with Mother Sun.

Some lightworkers feel that it is the intensity of all of the negativity that occurs on Planet Earth at this time, such as the Mideast crisis and the mass slaughtering of animals that is creating so much havoc. But that is not the only pole-polarity shift taking place. All over the planet are meditation groups and there is what is called the power of the Peace Pole; there is also that which you call active participation in portal openings and gridwork connections. And as this process takes place, it can be perceived as if a floodgate has been opened. Think in terms of a tremendous logjam created by huge beaver dams. When that logjam is broken, the waters spill forth unabated in every direction. And so the collective cry of the lightworkers is also having a major effect upon the birthing process. It is as if the lightworkers are saying to the Mother-to-be, “Push, you can do it; push!” They are acting as coaches in the birthing process.

We are attempting in every way to speak in a language that you can relate to. So, there are two poles or polarities at work here to bring balance and stability. As earth gridworks are connected, they plug in as chain reactions of a spiraling nature, an escalating nature, directly to Mother Sun and also to many other planets. Everything is being done that is possible to maintain as much stability as possible. Remember in this whole process, it is done by orchestration. Most of you are familiar with Verde’s “Four Seasons.” There is every emotional expression conceivable, from great passion and great thundering of instruments to the sweet chirping of the piccolos, to clashing cymbals and gongs. And so it is with our orchestration; it is all by design; nothing is left to happenstance anymore. You have your moments of reprieve or a lull between contractions and then you have great cataclysmic resounding reverberations that go forth. And when this happens, it goes forth on a magnetic frequency to that part of the Earth that most needs it. It appears 3rd dimensionally as a cataclysmic event, as many souls are released from the Earth plane. But if you look at those parts of the Earth that are most affected at this time, they are inhabited by peoples who are severely oppressed; people who are crying out to Mother by any name, it could be Mother Mary or Mother Quan Yin; it does not matter, but they cry with intense passion for relief as Earth mothers cry out for food for their babies as their breasts contain no milk. And the fathers are in anguish and feel so helpless. In other countries the peoples there are being removed because there is no freedom to express who they really are. And these souls have grown weary and they are without hope. So it is a combination of many types of energies upon this planet. Even the animals are crying out and many of these life forms shall become extinct as far as living upon Planet Earth goes. And as the cries of these energies go forth, they are being heard.

Part of the energy exchange between Sun and Earth is happening in the crown chakra of Mother Earth herself, with the display of great auroras. But there are many other centers of energy upon the planet that also contain a type of crown chakra, such as the bodies of some of the great crystals. They have a type of aurora from a certain form of mental energy. This is all part of a great reactivation process. And it is based upon compassion.

Wayne: As I prepare charts of activity on the Sun and Earth, I get the feeling that there is a rhythmic syncopation going on between the two. Sometimes the Sun is very active while the Earth is quiet, then the Earth seems to respond with great activity while the Sun is resting. Other times, it is as if the Sun is responding to the Earth activities. Right now seems a perfect example of this, as the Sun is very active and the Earth is relatively quiet. Can you shed some light on this perception?

Yes. This is the lull in the contractions, a time during which the Mother does deep breathing between the next contraction or big push. And by the “big push” we are referring to coming Earth events. Any catastrophe is an earth-changing event for those that are involved. Is there some specific Earth activity that you might be referring to?

Wayne: Yes, I have a feeling that soon there may be significant quake and/or related earth activity between the Mideast area and China, such as Iran-Iraq, Afghanistan, China, and the area between the Mediterranean and Central China. Is there any accuracy to that perception?

Yes, you’re absolutely right. There are coming events to take place in the region of the Mideast and also in China. The people of the Mideast have not yet learned the final major lesson, that of forgiveness. When this lesson is learned, unity is the result: unity that is based upon the oneness in diversity. You have here clashing belief systems and great hatreds and fears. You find the same type of situation in Ireland between Protestants and Catholics. And there definitely are rhythmic syncopations between the two birthing mothers. Earth is the child of Mother Sun and Earth is birthing. And Mother Sun is coaching. But Mother Sun is also not so much birthing as reactivating, but that reactivation is very much like a birthing process.

When Atlantis sank and the people of Earth disconnected in a sense from their higher selves, Mother Sun had no choice but to withdraw much of her supporting energy. Much of this supporting energy had to do with the more spiritual or metaphysical skills and understandings that spilled over into every area of human endeavor. There was a constant and steadfast mental telepathy form of communication going on. That all shut down. It shut down on Mother Sun as well. And so the expectation of Mother Sun to give forth of the fullness of who and what she is is tremendous at this time. As her logjams break, her energy spews forth. But this energy can be channeled and directed. Part of this direction is due to two things: the great blue-white cross and the encapsulation of Mother Earth by the star tetrahedron. And beyond this field of energy is also another protective shielding put in place by Lords Michael and Metatron.

We hope that we are able to give you a sense of the levels of the orchestration that are being accomplished right now. Be very careful that you see more than just what the government agencies, for instance, are attempting to do. They are 3rd dimensional. Sometimes they are using 4th dimensional Tesla energies and directing it at 4th and 5th dimensional energy frequencies. The higher frequencies can never be harmed by the lower frequencies. Think in terms of a small child who gets angry with Daddy and wants to hit Daddy because he’s angry. But that little child can�t really hurt Daddy all that much. 3rd dimensional energies cannot harm higher dimensional energies. Do you have further questions?

Wayne: Yes, a specific one related to the quake activity in California. It has greatly diminished recently, but for the period between March 23rd and 27th, while the solar energies were building up, there was a tremendous focus of energy release in the area near Anza and Big Bear, resulting in a very high proportion of California quakes in that area. (see http://www.citiesoflight.net/CalQuakes.html) Now, the energy seems to be shifting northward. I suspect that there will soon be a much larger overall energy release in the form of earthquakes in the California area. Can you elaborate on what is going on in California at this time?

Big Bear is named after the Big Bear, or the Big Dipper. It is a name that originally came from groups of natives that originally lived in that area, a translation of the settlers. It is part of Sierra Madre range, which again refers to Mother. And again in this place is contained a great grid system of the Mother aspect. She is rumbling as she yawns and stretches. We do not see any really major catastrophes in that area except for possible landslides. It could express as mudslides or snowslides and there could be danger or injuries for small groups. Lake Tahoe is also in this same grid system and you can expect some shaking in and around that area. What we see in about 2 weeks time is a tremendous escalation in a series of quakes very focused in certain areas, particularly to the easternmost part of California and in the central to southern areas. These are less populated areas and there would not be so much harm to the humans.

Many here are still in a quandary as what to do about Los Angeles. It is so overly populated and so congested, not only physically but etherically as well. There are jagged tears in the etheric system of the region and also many of the humans that live in that area. There are also large concentrations of human life forms that have no connection to their souls and will not connect in this lifetime. These beings are those that we have called soulless. These beings have the capacity to think and to function but are lacking soul qualities. It is as if they have the attitude, “every man for themselves.” These beings can and do band together. They are very active in gangs; they make demands to have their needs met; and without soul they are emotionally unstable and can be incited to riot very easily. And this is of a concern.

Pouring light and love into beings that are not capable of accepting love and light creates even more of an unstable condition. This may sound strange to many of you but it is yet a truth. It goes along with “casting your pearls before swine” or as Jesus said, “If you’re not welcomed, shake the dust off your heels.” Some people cannot be reached. No amount of love will alter or change these beings; they do not have the soul connection required to accept love. As these groups become unstable, they have a tremendous influence upon regional stability of the landmass. There are some of us who feel that an earthquake or series of them of significant size would cause an evacuation of the region. However, this was attempted some time back and there were many who left California but as things quieted down again, many have returned. Part of the difficulty should be addressed by the City Fathers: to put a ban on the high-rises that create etheric congestion. Also there should be a cessation of so much of the Interstate freeways going through the populated areas. There is a certain type of energetic being that still lingers in California that feeds off of the emissions of the cars. If someone were to go up in a helicopter at night, or even possibly during the day, with a Polaroid camera and take photographs over the freeways, you would see exactly what we are referring to and you would become alarmed. There are great devas over Los Angeles who function as street sweepers in the etheric realm to attempt to clear this debris and they have been quite successful in diminishing the pollution. The skies are clearer; the moon is brighter; and the sun rises and sets more brilliantly. But unless the population escalation is not halted, there could be difficulties ahead. We are hoping that the money markets can be controlled by us in such a way as to slow down construction in California. It wouldn’t be of such a concern if the population were to be spread out and if jobs were to be located in a more eastwardly direction, or inland, so that housing or population in the interior would not need to travel so far in order to work. So here again is another quandary: if we focus quakes in the easternmost regions to avoid catastrophe in the populated area, who is going to want to build in the quake area?

All of these factors are being taken into careful consideration and will become a part of the greater orchestration. Those who make the decisions are literally playing it by ear at this time. What you do has a direct bearing upon the decisions that are being made.
